did not receive an activation email. What should I do?

There can be a delay with email delivery because of overload of email service. It is normal if you get an email in some minutes. But If you haven’t received your email activation letter within 5-25 minutes please make sure the email did not end up in your junk or spam mail folder. If you do not receive an activation email in 20 minutes after registration, please contact us.

I sent you Bitcoin, but I didn't receive my funds?

Bitcoin transfer is not instant. It needs to get 1 confirmation from the bitcoin network, and then it will be automatically accepted by our system. It may take from 5 minutes up to several days if You have not paid the recommended BTC commission fee.

Why does my wallet display a different Bitcoin amount than I ordered?

The constantly fluctuating value of bitcoin means that the current value of your order will be constantly changing. To solve this problem and give you the possibility to order the exact amount that you wish, we provide you a 15 minutes timeframe to pay your order. You will see the timer on your order page. If we receive payment from you until this timeframe expires, you will get an ordered amount. If we receive your payment later, we transfer the amount of BTC as calculated using the current rate at the time your transfer got at least 1 confirmation and arrived to us.

Is the Bitcoin commission fee included into the exchange?

No. Please make sure that you pay the Bitcoin commission, so that we receive exactly the sum that is specified in the order. If we receive less funds than defined in the order, the payout will be recalculated according to the Bitcoin rate at the moment we have 1 confirmation from the Bitcoin network.

How is the exchange made?

The exchange procedure is very simple & fast. You just need to specify what currency you are going to exchange ( tab Give/Sell) , what currency to get ( tab Get/Buy) and enter the exchange amount with the details. When you fill in the data, you will be shown the current exchange rate and reserve of our exchange service. After clicking the "Continue" button, you will need to pay funds following the instructions of your chosen direction.

How fast is exchange from currency to another?

Most of the exchange directions are automatic & instant: these are exchanges with e-currencies. Some exchange directions need to be completed by our operator, such as Tether and SEPA methods. Tether exchanges are processed manually within up to 3 hours during the working hours: from 9:00 to 20:00 UTC+2. Sepa orders are processed only during banking days, within 1 working day.

When the reserve of the currency will be loaded?

Do I need to verify my account to make an exchange?

Account verification is required only for the Bank Transfer exchange. To complete account verification it is required to upload an identity document, proof of residential address document and selfie with Your ID / passport in hands directly into your profile. Documents are checked by the verification team within 24-48 hours.
